Work established a Dungeons & Dragons-based quota system for new hires.

The policy states that a certain percentage of the workforce needs to be a fan of some form of fantasy fiction intellectual property. So we hired:

* Jim, a MtG regional champion

* Ralph, anime boy

* Roy, veteran LARPer.

We call them the JRR Tokens.
