We went to visit Old George in the hospital. When we got to his room it was obvious that he had suffered a severe mauling and was in bad shape.

"George," we asked, "what the Hell happened to you?"

"It was all my fault," he said. "I should have learned by now that women do not share a man's sense of humor. I should have known better, but when my girlfriend was getting really cuddly and friendly and asked me to make her eyes light up, I just couldn't resist shining a flashlight in her ear."
