Here's NASA's statement:
"After a month of detailed investigations, we have determined that the cause of this terrible accident was an incorrectly measured fuel pipe. A section of piping was planned and labeled to be six feet, but during construction a five foot, ten inch piece of piping was used in its place. The source of this error has not been determined as of this time."
Later that night, a NASA engineer deleted his tinder account.
