A cop pulls a guy over
and when the driver stops, the cop slurrs: "Y-you... Y-you're DRUNK!"
The guy respons: "Ho-how can you tell?" Barely able to speak straight.
"Because \*hiccup\* ... because you have TWO DRIVING WHEELS!" says the cop.
The guy slowly reasons it out - "And you had me surrouned just for that!?"
