A guy applies for a job and says he has management experience.
He's asked for details, he says that he and his brother used to clean out septic tanks. He'd go down in the tank, fill up a bucket with shit and hand it to his brother.

The recruiter asked how that qualified as management experience. The guy says, "I wasn't taking shit from nobody."
