A long time ago an old oil tycoon was talking to me and said was selling his many acres of land for over 15 million dollars. I was astonished he said, "You know why I can sell it for that much? Because it's land and they don't make anymore." I laughed and always remember this conversation. Also because I asked how he lived to be 98, he looked at me dead in the eyes and said, "You have to eat your boogers." Rolled up his window and drove off without flinching.
