A desperate woman

A woman desperate for a relationship writes an ad in her local paper:
"I'm looking for wealthy man who won't beat me, run off on me for other women, and who would be a great lover"
A week later her doorbell rings, she opens the door and sees a man with no arms and no legs sitting on a chest full of jewelry.

"I'm here because I saw your ad" says the man. Flabbergasted, the woman is at a loss for words

"As you can see, I am very wealthy" says the man "I have no arms, so I can't beat you, and I have no legs, so I can't run off on you."

"I can see that" says the woman, "but the ad also said that I need a great lover"

The man smiles and says:
"Well, how do you think I rang the doorbell?"
