Customer: That's no way to treat a customer.

Manager: The things you've been saying to me have been, to be frank, absolutely disgusting.

Customer: Constructive critisism mate, and well deserved as well. Your customer service is absolutely appaling, a shambles.

Manager: It can't be that bad, I'm a manager of one of the biggest retail companies in the world. I'm more successful than you will ever be.

Customer: You've sucked more people off than I ever will, yeah.
